Beschreibung

• Contribute to the design and development of the OpenTAS 365 ISV solution using Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and Azure services. • Translate business and operational requirements into functional solution designs following Microsoft best practices. • Conduct process analysis together with domain experts and define future target processes for terminal operations. • Design solutions using standard Dynamics 365 Field Service and Power Platform capabilities. • Support the creation of functional design documentation and solution architecture descriptions. • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, developers, and QA teams during implementation. • Participate in backlog refinement, solution validation, and feature discussions. • Prepare and deliver customer presentations, workshops, and solution demonstrations. • Support internal teams with functional expertise during implementation and testing phases. • Optionally support customer implementation projects and contribute to our service organization.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Systems, or a comparable qualification. • Professional experience working with Microsoft Power Platform or Microsoft Dynamics 365, preferably Field Service. • Experience designing solutions for complex business processes. • Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Microsoft Entra ID, and Dataflows. • Understanding of Power Platform architecture and solution design patterns. • Knowledge of Azure components such as Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, or API integrations is an advantage. • Experience with Application Lifecycle Management concepts for Power Platform including solution layers and environments is beneficial. • Interest in industrial operations, logistics, or energy infrastructure is beneficial. • Strong command of both English and German (written and spoken).
