Beschreibung

• Own lifecycle marketing end-to-end across email, in-app messaging, and push notifications • Map the customer journey and identify high-impact opportunities across activation, conversion, retention, and expansion • Build, launch, and iterate automated campaigns and triggered flows in Customer.io or equivalent platforms • Own in-app messaging and transactional-adjacent communications with product and engineering • Build and optimize mobile push notification strategy, including opt-in flows, triggered and campaign-based pushes, frequency capping, and channel coordination • Develop segmentation and personalization strategies using behavioral and account data, including dynamic templating and conditional content logic • Run A/B tests on sequences, subject lines, timing, and offers with holdouts and measurement • Manage email deliverability, list hygiene, and suppression strategy • Partner with analytics to instrument and measure lifecycle performance using Amplitude and connect campaigns to revenue outcomes • Collaborate with paid acquisition, product, and support teams to coordinate the customer experience • Design journeys, build campaigns, write or direct copy, run experiments, and report results

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of significant hands-on experience owning lifecycle, CRM, retention, or email marketing programs, ideally for a subscription-based service • Fluency in a modern marketing automation platform such as Customer.io, Iterable, Braze, or Klaviyo, including segmentation, triggered workflows, and templating languages like Liquid • Strong copy instincts and ability to write clear, persuasive messaging • Comfort with data, defining metrics, pulling reports, and interpreting results • SQL and product analytics experience are a plus • Understanding of email deliverability fundamentals and compliance, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR/CCPA basics • Experience with AI and actively leveraging it in current workflows • Builder's mindset and ability to own a function • Experience in privacy, security, or consumer subscription products is a bonus • Experience with both B2C and B2B messaging is a bonus • Required to work regular U.S. business hours in the U.S. Eastern, Central, Mountain, and/or Pacific time zones
