Beschreibung

• Promote development of new insurance product concepts and health solutions (e.g., lifestyle-based, multicultural, condition-specific health plans) • Translate strategy into early-stage designs, value propositions, and use cases • Identify opportunities based on member needs, health disparities, and market trends to differentiate and win • Contribute to development of culturally-aligned and population-specific offerings • Support design of condition-focused solutions (e.g., chronic condition or disease-specific concepts) • Help shape offerings that improve engagement, outcomes, and provider/member experience • Analyze market, competitive, and member analysis to inform innovation priorities • Support opportunity sizing and business case inputs for new concepts • Partner with product design, clinical, network, actuarial, corporate strategy, and growth teams • Coordinate inputs and timelines to move concepts from brainstorming to pilot and launch • Support execution of pilots and early-stage programs • Track performance, gather insights, and summarize insights • Recommend whether to refine, pivot, or discontinue product concepts • Lead different teams to develop requirements and support implementation. • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations • Other duties as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's Degree • 5+ years of experience in healthcare, health insurance, product management (ACA or Small Group), or corporate strategy • Experience supporting product development, consumer journey mapping, improvement plans, or pilot programs • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
