Beschreibung

• Design and build scalable GTM data pipelines and automation systems • Integrate systems across Salesforce, enrichment providers, outbound tools, and analytics platforms • Build internal tools that significantly improve BDR and AE productivity • Develop systems for account prioritization, routing, and orchestration • Enable AI-native workflows by building high-quality structured data pipelines • Partner with marketing, sales, and engineering to translate GTM strategy into systems • Continuously improve the reliability and performance of growth infrastructure

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of software engineering experience • Strong experience with data pipelines, APIs, and automation systems • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar • Experience with data warehouses and ETL pipelines • Experience building systems that impact customer acquisition or revenue • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Segment, Airbyte, Clay, or similar • Understanding of B2B growth and sales processes • Strong architectural thinking and ability to design scalable systems • Comfort working across engineering, data, and GTM teams
