Beschreibung

• Lead the evolution of our platforms, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability. • Work closely with product, development, and infrastructure teams, helping to define the future of our stack. • Design and evolve system architecture (microservices, APIs, integrations). • Define standards, guidelines, and engineering best practices. • Support development teams in critical technical decisions. • Conduct performance, security, and resilience assessments. • Participate in technology and tooling selection decisions. • Identify technical risks and propose scalable solutions. • Serve as the technical architecture reference for the team.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Proven experience as a System Architect / Systems Architect or in a similar role. • Experience with distributed architecture, microservices, REST/GraphQL APIs, and messaging systems. • Proficiency in at least one modern stack (Java/.NET/Node/Python or similar). • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and security best practices. • Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases. • Prior experience in agile environments, collaborating with multiple squads. • Strong communication skills to translate technical decisions for different audiences. • Experience with event-driven architecture and high-scale systems. • Previous experience in digital product companies or fintech/SaaS. • Familiarity with observability (logs, metrics, tracing) and SRE practices. • Cloud or software architecture certifications.
