• Edit high-quality long-form and short-form video content for The Performance Club, showcasing training, coaches, members, classes, results, culture, and the overall brand • Edit content for the CEO's personal brand to build authority, trust, and audience engagement • Work with the Director and team to develop content ideas, concepts, hooks, and formats for repeatable content series • Transform raw footage into polished final edits using pacing, storytelling, music, captions, B-roll, graphics, sound design, and colour grading • Repurpose long-form footage into short-form content for Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook • Maintain consistent visual and editorial standards across the company brand and CEO's personal brand • Manage video projects from brief through final delivery, maintaining organised project files and meeting turnaround times • Stay current with video, fitness, creator, and social media trends; bring new creative ideas and test approaches to improve content performance

🎯 Anforderungen

• Minimum 4 years of professional video editing experience • Preferably experience in fitness, personal branding, content marketing, media, or another high-volume content environment • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent professional editing software • Strong understanding of short-form and long-form storytelling, pacing, hooks, captions, sound design, colour grading, and social-first video formats • Strong creative instincts, with the ability to contribute ideas rather than simply execute an editing brief • Highly organised, collaborative, and deadline-driven • Ability to work directly with a Director and manage multiple content projects simultaneously
