🎯 Anforderungen

• Minimum 2.5 years of proven experience as a Video Editor, Storytelling Editor, Content Creator, or similar creative role • Strong proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Media Encoder, and Adobe Creative Suite • Experience using Monday.com or similar project management platforms • Exceptional storytelling ability with understanding of emotional pacing, narrative structure, and audience engagement • Experience editing interviews, documentary-style content, promotional videos, testimonials, and social media content • Experience creating videos for YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms • Strong skills in motion graphics, color correction, audio editing, caption creation, and visual branding • Experience creating platform-specific content in multiple aspect ratios and video lengths • Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple editing projects and meet deadlines • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Creative mindset with passion for meaningful storytelling and continuous improvement • Mac OS proficiency preferred • Familiarity with Canva, ChatGPT, AI-assisted editing tools, and caption generation software is a plus
