Beschreibung

• Develop and execute multiyear category strategies supporting business objectives and procurement value targets • Develop strategic sourcing plans, initiative pipelines, and category roadmaps for assigned Indirect categories • Monitor market intelligence, supplier segmentation, business demand patterns, and risk mitigation plans • Execute category strategies across consulting, legal, audit, tax, engineering, and financial advisory services categories • Lead end-to-end sourcing events, including stakeholder alignment, supplier selection, RFP/RFQ execution, analysis, negotiations, and award recommendations • Develop negotiation strategies addressing commercial value, service expectations, risk, contract flexibility, and supplier performance • Partner with Legal, Finance, Compliance, and business stakeholders on contract review and business decisions • Manage key supplier relationships, supplier performance reviews, issue resolution, and continuous improvement • Deliver annual P&L Reduction and P&L Protection targets through sourcing, negotiation, demand management, supplier optimization, working capital, savings pipeline, benefit validation, and budget impact • Track sourcing results, validate benefits with Finance, and support leadership reporting • Establish preferred supplier programs and professional services governance • Develop executive stakeholder relationships and organizational alignment • Partner with the CFO, Finance, General Counsel, and corporate business leaders • Implement a finance-supported spend control tower for transparency and functional budget impact • Lead complex cross-functional initiatives and influence senior leaders • Champion change management for procurement strategies, processes, and technologies • Balance stakeholder priorities with governance, risk management, and business requirements • Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement • Serve as a procurement subject matter expert for assigned Indirect categories • Advise stakeholders on procurement processes, market dynamics, supplier options, and commercial strategy • Mentor less experienced procurement and sourcing team members as needed • Leverage digital procurement technologies, data analytics, and process automation to improve decision-making and stakeholder outcomes • Use procurement platforms and analytical tools for category strategy, sourcing execution, supplier management, and performance reporting

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree required; procurement certification preferred • 8+ years of procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain, category management, finance, or related business experience • Experience independently managing large, complex, or strategically important Indirect categories • Strong experience leading negotiations, sourcing events, supplier evaluations, and contract support activities • Experience managing Finance and Consulting Services categories • Experience negotiating consulting, advisory, audit, tax, and financial services agreements • Ability to develop category strategies and optimize supplier portfolios • Ability to deliver sustainable cost reductions while ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, and service excellence • Ability to operate with discretion and sound judgment in highly confidential environments • Strong stakeholder management skills • Ability to leverage digital procurement technologies, data analytics, and process automation • Hands-on experience utilizing procurement platforms and analytical tools
