Beschreibung

• Discover, ideate, build, and launch product enhancements to drive value for Stencil customers. Your goal is to solve problems, get to customer learning quick, and iterate as needed. • Collaborate with customers, your team, and other internal stakeholders to guide product decisions and enable the company to communicate and support product changes. • Develop and maintain core components of the Stencil platform, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance. • Contribute to design discussions and code reviews to maintain high code quality and best practices.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Significant experience as a full-stack engineer, product manager, UX designer, or other related technical field. If you do not have formal software engineering experience, you have a demonstrated record of building and shipping code with AI tools (Claude Code, cursor, etc.) • You drive impact quickly and efficiently - you identify problems, propose solutions, build tests, measure results, and decide next steps based on what you’ve learned • Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or similar, and are excited to incorporate them daily into your work • High ownership mentality: self-directed, full-lifecycle builder who takes a feature from idea to shipped • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment • For applicants at the senior and staff levels, proven experience in leading projects spanning multiple quarters, mentoring employees, and shaping technical or product strategy is essential
