Beschreibung

• Own the direction and leadership of a Palco product • Create and execute a product plan aligned with corporate goals and initiatives • Create the product vision and own the product roadmap • Maximize product penetration within Palco’s market space • Prioritize product and customer requirements to meet business needs • Manage internal and external product-related relationships • Collaborate with Palco’s Director and IT teams to align product efforts with company strategy • Gather and document product requirements • Manage key initiatives • Set product implementation direction for implementation teams • Lead product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle • Work with the product owner and corresponding IT teams to achieve the product vision and roadmap • Develop project plans to release new features to market • Present new ideas and listen to user feedback

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science, Project Management, or related field preferred • 5 or more years of experience in Product Management • Healthcare or Self-Direction Programs experience is a plus but not necessary • Ability to create short-term and long-term product visions • Ability to research industry trends and market demands • Ability to anticipate market and industry trends and client demands • Strong technology background and aptitude for staying current with software technology developments • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet implementation deadlines • Clear communication with internal and external system users • Strong leadership and organizational skills • Proven ability to influence at all organizational levels • Proven ability to collaborate with others and influence development teams within an Agile framework
