Beschreibung

• Partner with Account Executives and Sales Specialists throughout the sales process • Deliver product demonstrations and technical walkthroughs for prospective customers • Assist in technical workshops, evaluations, and proof-of-concept engagements • Help customers understand authentication, access management, and identity governance • Explore integration options with directories, SaaS applications, and enterprise infrastructure • Troubleshoot technical questions during evaluations or demonstrations • Communicate technical concepts to technical and business audiences • Collaborate with teammates to share knowledge, improve demos, and strengthen the SE organization • Test integrations, APIs, and authentication flows through hands-on experimentation • Present and lead discussions with engineers and IT stakeholders • Connect technology capabilities to real customer challenges

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, CISSP or equivalent experience • Experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM), Identity Governance (IGA), or related security technologies • Familiarity with SAML, OAuth, OIDC, MFA, federation, directory services, and identity lifecycle management • Exposure to CyberArk, SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, Ping, or Microsoft Entra ID • Understanding of enterprise directories, SaaS applications, and cloud infrastructure • Ability to troubleshoot integrations involving APIs, authentication flows, or directory services • Familiarity with REST APIs and Postman or similar tools • Comfortable with command-line tools and basic scripting • Exposure to AWS, Microsoft Azure, GCP, or OCI • Ability to explain technical topics clearly to technical and business audiences • Comfortable presenting and leading discussions with engineers and IT stakeholders • Ability to travel up to 30% • Must not require immigration sponsorship; the company will not sponsor work visas for this position
