Beschreibung

• Own strategy, discovery, definition, and delivery for customer-facing AI-powered product capabilities • Incorporate model behavior, data requirements, evaluation methods, unit economics, quality, security, and gross-margin impact into product decisions • Develop and maintain product vision and roadmaps for assigned AI capabilities • Prioritize investments based on customer needs, product analytics, market context, and business outcomes • Evaluate software codebases and build functional prototypes for Engineering • Establish and share repeatable AI-driven workflows across the Product team • Lead customer research, competitive analysis, structured discovery, and execution across product cycles • Manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, and milestones • Mentor product team members on discovery, technical evaluation, and AI workflows • Support go-to-market teams with demonstrations, documentation, and technical domain expertise • Audit Panopto’s AI capabilities and identify gaps and opportunities • Deliver executable prototypes and bring AI capabilities to engineering readiness • Define evaluation suites, quality thresholds, guardrails, failure modes, and cost models • Prepare go-to-market enablement for AI releases • Deliver live AI capabilities contributing to retention and expansion • Report to the Senior Director of Product Management

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree • 8-10+ years of product management experience in SaaS or software environments • Proven track record of shipping products from concept through launch • Experience developing product vision and roadmaps • Experience leading product discovery on complex, multi-team initiatives • Ability to read and evaluate software codebases for technical feasibility, dependencies, scope, and sequencing • Hands-on experience building functional prototypes • Experience using standard developer workflows such as Git • Practical experience managing AI capabilities, including data pipelines, model evaluation (evals), and AI security guardrails • Experience in customer research, competitive analysis, product analytics, and structured discovery frameworks such as JTBD, RICE, and Opportunity Solution Trees • Ability to align cross-functional partners and translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders • Ability to support customer-facing teams with demonstrations, documentation, training, and domain expertise • Ability to travel minimally as required by business needs • Excellent communication skills and ability to understand technical subjects, emerging technologies, and their marketplace relevance
