Beschreibung

• Write and ship clear, simple code that makes educators’ lives easier and improves student outcomes. • Partner with product owners, design, and senior engineering teammates to ensure we build features as cleanly and simply as possible. • Actively utilize and champion AI development practices within your daily workflow, helping your peers find ways to increase sprint velocity and code quality. • Build and maintain features that operate robustly at scale while adhering to the highest level of security for the schools that rely on us. • Contribute to a unified technical direction and a team culture focused on excellence, continuous learning, and speed. • Actively participate in PR reviews and help implement the future architecture of our systems, including supporting the evolution of our monolithic systems.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Professional experience working on services utilizing Ruby, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or PHP • Solid experience building application services with MySQL or PostgreSQL , including a strong understanding of relational databases beyond just standard ORM usage. • Experience working within distributed systems and an understanding of how to work with and evolve monolithic architectures. • Experience deploying, monitoring, and operating services on cloud infrastructure, specifically AWS (Aurora, RDS, SQS) . • Proficiency with building and consuming RESTful APIs . • Bachelor's degree (or higher) from an accredited college or university in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
