Beschreibung

• Review and triage incoming AI workflow and tooling requests from PAR business units • Assess feasibility, complexity, risk, technical path, tooling approach, and delivery timeline • Advise business stakeholders on scope, dependencies, and IT requirements • Maintain an intake tracker and communicate status to the VP and stakeholder teams • Serve as the primary technical liaison between AI Enablement and IT and Enterprise Systems teams • Align on production-readiness, security review, and infrastructure requirements for AI deployments • Translate business use cases into technical specifications • Escalate blockers and coordinate resolution timelines • Design and build governed AI workflows using approved PAR tooling • Develop and maintain system prompts, Skills, and Knowledge file architectures • Build and manage MCP server integrations and API-layer tooling • Maintain PAR's SharePoint Skills and Prompts Library • Validate AI models and feature releases against PAR use cases • Develop lightweight internal AI applications and citizen-coded tools • Maintain and improve existing internal tooling, including PAR Product Guide, AI-assisted workflows, and custom agents • Document tools, integrations, and configurations for IT and business stakeholders • Ensure AI solutions meet governance standards for data handling, access controls, and audit trails • Participate in AI policy development with IT, Legal, Security, Internal Audit, and the VP of AI Enablement • Provide technical status updates on in-flight builds and release timelines

🎯 Anforderungen

• Experience with enterprise AI tooling such as Claude Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, Cowork, Azure AI, or equivalent • MCP (Model Context Protocol) and/or API integration experience • Prompt engineering experience, including system prompt architecture, knowledge files, and instruction design • Familiarity with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Azure environments • Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical business audiences • Strong project management and intake triage skills • Experience working alongside IT governance or enterprise architecture teams preferred • Citizen development or vibe coding experience preferred, including Copilot in GitHub and low-code tools • Background in technology, SaaS, or multi-business-unit enterprise environments preferred • Familiarity with AI governance frameworks and data classification standards preferred • Ability to work EST hours • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. or Canada is asked for in the application
