Beschreibung

• Define and maintain the mobile app product vision, roadmap themes, and measurable outcomes • Evaluate product opportunities based on customer value, business impact, development effort, and strategic alignment • Advocate for mobile app users, including Brand Partners, Customers, field leaders, and internal teams • Gather feedback through customer conversations, stakeholder interviews, support trends, surveys, and analytics • Build relationships with Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Compliance, Operations, Analytics, Design, and Engineering • Own and maintain the mobile app roadmap and prioritized backlog • Create epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release-ready work • Lead backlog refinement and support sprint planning and scope trade-off discussions • Partner with engineering, design, quality assurance, analytics, and business stakeholders throughout delivery • Clarify requirements, remove ambiguity, and make timely development-cycle decisions • Ensure features meet business intent, customer expectations, and quality standards • Own the beta program, including tester recruitment, cohort selection, onboarding, communications, criteria, scenarios, feedback channels, and triage • Manage release readiness across app store submissions, staged rollouts, feature flags, and rollback plans • Coordinate launch communications and monitor post-release stability, adoption, and feedback • Improve the end-to-end mobile app experience across onboarding, content discovery, notifications, messaging, account insights, business tracking, recognition, events, and AI-enabled support • Define success metrics and use analytics, customer feedback, support data, and business results to guide decisions • Identify and launch practical AI, automation, personalization, and data-driven mobile capabilities

• 2–3 years of experience in digital products, product management, or a related field • Product ownership foundation and eagerness to continue developing skills • Roadmap planning • Backlog management • User story creation • Acceptance criteria • Sprint planning support • Beta and release management • Customer discovery • Stakeholder management • Journey mapping • Business case thinking • Prioritization judgment • Change management • Mobile app delivery • APIs and integrations • Event-driven systems • Analytics concepts • Quality assurance • AI and automation concepts • Direct mobile app product experience preferred
