Beschreibung

• Support identity and access projects across Microsoft Entra, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Partner Centre, and related enterprise systems • Help deliver automation and infrastructure-as-code initiatives • Support secure access across employee accounts, vendor portals, service principals, enterprise applications, provisioning groups, and access packages • Contribute to security-debt reduction, cleanup, governance, and improvement work • Collaborate with Technology Services, Security Operations, Trust and Security, Global IT, corporate teams, and vendor partners • Create documentation and improve knowledge-base content • Participate in daily stand-ups, Jira project delivery, change advisory discussions, and continuous improvement • Help build secure, reliable, and scalable access foundations • Improve documentation, automation, access controls, processes, business continuity, and cross-region collaboration

🎯 Anforderungen

• Solid working proficiency with Azure AD / Entra ID, Intune, SSO, endpoint management, and identity lifecycle operations with minimal supervision • Familiarity with RBAC/ABAC, least privilege, and access reviews • Working experience with Okta or a comparable identity platform is a strong plus • Competence with ServiceNow and Atlassian for workflow management, change requests, and technical documentation • Ability to independently support application onboarding and updates, validate requirements, and perform testing • Working skill in Python, PowerShell, Power Automate, or Terraform automation/scripting • Understanding of Azure/AWS IAM, networking basics, storage, and compute • Practical application of Agile and DevOps practices • Understanding of ITIL incident, change, and problem management processes • Strong troubleshooting and root-cause identification capabilities • Reliable collaboration and clear communication with peers, stakeholders, and end users • Ability to apply security best practices • Relevant certifications such as ITIL 4 Foundation, Microsoft identity or Azure certifications, Okta, Terraform, Security+, ServiceNow, PowerShell, or Python are welcome but not essential • Must hold valid right to work in United Kingdom • Must complete pre-employment ID verification, reference, and qualification checks
