Beschreibung

• Define and implement technical strategy for stablecoin infrastructure platforms spanning crypto, fiat and orchestration rails • Architect core reusable services and APIs that drive reliable, compliant, and efficient asset movement across chains and external providers • Lead cross-team projects to improve performance, observability, security, and developer experience • Collaborate closely with staff engineers, tech leads, product, and operational partners to drive organizational change • Foster a culture of technical leadership, transparency, and high standards within and across teams • Mentor engineers at all levels to elevate system health and engineering best practices

🎯 Anforderungen

• 8+ years of experience building and scaling distributed systems in high-growth technology companies • Proven track record of leading complex technical initiatives from conception to delivery • Deep expertise in designing and implementing large-scale, high-performance systems • Strong experience with microservices architecture and cloud-native technologies • Experience mentoring engineers and driving technical excellence across teams • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence technical decisions across the organization • Track record of building automation systems and improving operational efficiency • Demonstrated experience using AI tools to improve how you work • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
