Beschreibung

• Conduct market research on customer needs, market trends, and competitive positioning in international payments and remittance • Analyse data to inform product decisions, features, and enhancements • Develop and maintain product strategy aligned with company goals • Define and manage the roadmap, features, milestones, and timelines for an AI-enabled commercial product • Collaborate with client-facing teams, engineering, sales, compliance, legal, fraud, and commercial teams • Define and prioritise features based on customer feedback, business objectives, and commercial opportunities • Create product requirements, user stories, and technical flows • Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation through launch, optimisation, and scaling • Monitor progress, manage risks, and adapt strategies to support successful delivery and market adoption • Plan and execute the launch of a new International Money Movement product • Gather and analyse user and customer feedback to improve performance, usability, and adoption • Define and track KPIs and success metrics • Prepare stakeholder reports and presentations on product outcomes and progress • Track industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in international payments, remittance, and AI-enabled product development • Engage directly with customers and clients to gather insights and address concerns • Present the product in client sales meetings, RFPs, and industry events • Collaborate with support teams on customer satisfaction and issue resolution

🎯 Anforderungen

• Significant product management experience; ideally 8+ years • Strong experience in international money movement, remittance, cross-border payments, or acquiring • Experience building products from 0→1 • Proven product launch and commercialisation experience • Deep knowledge of international payments, remittance, wallets, and account-to-account payments • Ability to read technical flows and work with APIs • Ability to partner effectively with Engineering • Commercial mindset and ability to explain product value, present to customers, and drive adoption • Strategic thinking and ability to identify new opportunities • Strong communication skills, structured thinking, and adaptability • Hands-on, high-autonomy approach; comfortable with ambiguity and lean resources • Willingness to leverage AI tools for rapid product development • Experience in product evangelism, customer discovery, and market shaping • Experience with SQL, data-driven decision-making, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Tableau is highly advantageous • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Applicants must be legally authorised to work in their current country of residence without visa sponsorship or additional work authorisation
