Beschreibung

• Embed directly with strategic internal lines of business to drive AI adoption • Work with internal stakeholders to understand pain points, workflows, and existing technical architecture • Design and build end-to-end systems for internal users • Conduct user discovery by observing workflows, asking questions, and translating needs into buildable solutions • Build working software rapidly during stakeholder conversations • Transform messy inputs such as spreadsheets, PDFs, screenshots, recorded calls, documents, and emails into coherent solutions • Build and ship production AI applications using frontier LLMs, agents, MCP servers, evaluation harnesses, retrieval systems, and custom skills • Evaluate production AI applications and iterate rapidly across engagements • Own the full stack, including frontend, backend, data, integrations, deployment, URLs, and observability • Codify successful patterns and contribute them to platform and engineering teams • Maintain relationships with lines of business throughout engagements, identify opportunities, and harden production solutions

🎯 Anforderungen

• 8+ years of full-stack engineering experience, including meaningful experience shipping production systems end to end • Strong computer science fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, and system design • Frontend expertise with modern React and TypeScript • Experience with component architecture and state management • Backend expertise in Node.JS, Java, and Python • API design, data modeling, authentication, and error handling • Production LLM experience, including advanced prompt engineering, agent development, evaluation frameworks, retrieval, and deployment at scale • Experience shipping at least one real LLM-backed application used by others • Fluency with AI-assisted development tools and agentic coding • Data fluency, including databases and Python data tooling • Cloud and deployment experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure • CI/CD, containers, and observability experience • Integration experience with SSO, OAuth, third-party APIs, internal platforms, and legacy databases • Ability to navigate ambiguity and work autonomously • Ability to collaborate effectively across team lines • Strong communication skills with executives, engineers, and end users • Current knowledge of LLM capabilities, agent patterns, and AI product stacks • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education, training, and professional experience
