Beschreibung

• Understand and frame user and product problems • Lead significant technical deliveries within the squad, from problem definition through production operation • Build reliable, scalable, user-focused products • Investigate and resolve complex production issues using monitoring, observability, and data analysis tools • Design and evolve robust, performant, scalable, and reliable solutions • Bring expertise in a major part of the technology stack and become autonomous on high-impact initiatives • Improve engineering practices through code reviews, pair programming, documentation, RFCs, and AI-assisted development • Mentor engineers, share knowledge, provide feedback, and improve technical skills and ways of working • Collaborate with other teams and communicate progress, risks, decisions, and results • Contribute to the tech community through technical content, onboarding, interviews, incident resolution, initiatives, and meetups

🎯 Anforderungen

• Strong hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails and React (at least 7-8 years) • Strong product and business understanding • Experience solving complex problems • Strong communication skills and ability to articulate ideas clearly • Collaborative approach and ownership of reliable, pragmatic solutions • Ability to work remotely from a country of residence in Europe • Residence within a maximum time difference of two hours from the CET time zone • Right to work in the European Union • No visa sponsorship available • Ruby on Rails experience • React and TypeScript experience
