Beschreibung

• As a Support, Financial Reporting & Accounting Specialist, you act as both a subject-matter and platform expert. • You are the primary point of contact for our client base that has chosen Pennylane as their core accounting and financial management software. • You communicate daily with users and seek to understand the issues they encounter. • After investigating, your goal is to provide an answer or solution to the user, or when necessary, escalate the issue to technical teams. • You are also responsible for helping company and firm accountants import and integrate their data into Pennylane to ease their migration. • You join the Pennylane Academy and continuously train on the product and team processes. • You learn everything you need to know about our company, our vision, and our various departments. • You learn to identify all stakeholders and collaborate effectively within your team and with other departments. • You begin to handle accounting-related requests: you receive inquiries, assess them based on a strong understanding of accounting principles, and provide fast, high-impact responses. • You contribute to the creation and updating of customer help materials to increase client autonomy. • You share your accounting knowledge and field experience with colleagues. • You represent the customer perspective and provide constructive feedback to the product teams. • You become a product expert and increase your team’s efficiency by identifying areas for improvement.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Accounting education (e.g., BTS CGO, DCG, BTS in SME Management Assistance, Master CCA, or Bachelor's in Administration & Accounting). • Minimum of 3 years' experience in an accounting firm (ideally having completed at least three tax seasons). • Experience working directly with company leadership is a plus (for example, in an in-house advisory role). • Interest in innovative work tools and new technologies. • Autonomy and the ability to solve problems independently and find solutions. • Knowledge of the Pennylane platform is a plus. • Professional working proficiency in English. • Strong written communication skills and a pedagogical approach to interact with users clearly and professionally. • Ability to understand and respond to client needs, deliver excellent service, and maintain strong client relationships. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Flexibility to adapt to the rapid evolution of the tool. • Willingness to learn and stay up to date with product developments.
