Beschreibung

• Design creative assets for digital displays, websites, social media, visual storyboards, print, and out-of-home client needs • Develop compelling creative solutions using imagery, typography, color, pattern, and texture • Understand each project’s business case and agreed-upon strategy, including the client’s business and industry • Monitor visual trends, technological advances, and cultural nuances in design • Identify opportunities to disrupt the visual landscape in service of strong ideas • Address motion design and interactive design deliverables beyond static executions • Collaborate productively with teammates on day-to-day assignments • Prioritize work and manage time according to short- and long-term needs • Apply design ideas across multiple executions and versions • Under the direction of the CD, take work through completion, including versioning, quality assurance, and proofing before final production

🎯 Anforderungen

• 1–3 years of experience designing for varied applications at a creative agency, marketing/advertising agency, or related field • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred • Strong design and time management skills • Ability to interpret client needs • Good judgment and imagination for recommending visual elements of design systems, advertising campaigns, and presentations • Strong familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma • Proficiency with Slack, Google Slides, PowerPoint, and Asana • Ability to prioritize multiple competing assignments • Ability to work well as part of a team • Ability to take initiative; motivated and self-starting • Solid presentation skills and strong attention to detail • Willingness to learn new skills and participate in new projects • Extremely detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills • Experience with motion graphics or animation is a plus • Experience with HTML 5 is a plus • Must be US-based and work 11 am–5 pm ET core hours while completing an eight-hour workday
