Beschreibung

• Work within a network of third-party consultants to deliver quality customer experience • Build trusted relationships with relocators as their main point of contact • Communicate with relocators via the PerchPeek app and through consultative calls • Handle difficult or complex relocator inquiries using critical judgement • Support relocators in understanding their company’s relocation policy • Recommend and coordinate additional relocation services from providers • Ensure data cleanliness and effective process implementation • Collaborate with other Relocation Coaches for creative problem-solving

🎯 Anforderungen

• Must be available to work during GMT/CET business hours • Fluency in verbal and written English • Awareness or first-hand knowledge of major cities and lifestyle norms in the UK and Europe • Bonus if you have lived or relocated within the UK or Europe before • Helpful languages: French / Italian / Spanish / German / Portuguese / MENA region knowledge
