Beschreibung

• Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of large-scale data platform projects on Snowflake, AWS, and Azure. • Guide technical teams through data migration, integration, and performance optimization. • Identify opportunities for automation and performance optimization to enhance client’s data platform capabilities. • Lead data migration to cloud platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift), ensuring smooth integration of data lakes, data warehouses, and distributed systems. • Setting up a client's data platform with industry best practices & robust security standards including Data Governance. • Adapt to ongoing changes in platform environment, data, and technology by debugging, enhancing features, and re-engineering as needed. • Manage multiple customer engagements to ensure timely project delivery, optimize operations to prevent resource overruns, and maximize platform ROI. • Serve as a trusted advisor, offering strategic guidance on data platform optimization and addressing technical challenges to meet business goals. • Partner with sales, engineering, and support teams to ensure seamless project delivery and high customer satisfaction. • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers, promoting a culture of continuous learning and excellence.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 10 years of hands-on experience of architecting, designing, implementing, and managing cloud-native data platforms and solutions. • Strong communication skills, with experience presenting to executive stakeholders and creating detailed solution documentation. • Extensive experience managing enterprise data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, Azure Data Warehouse) with strong skills in performance tuning and troubleshooting. • Deep knowledge of AWS, Azure, and Snowflake ecosystems, including services like S3, ADLS, Kinesis, Data Factory, DBT, and Kafka. • Build and manage scalable, secure data platforms aligned with strategic goals. Excel at optimizing systems and driving continuous improvement in platform performance. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft SQL, including writing, debugging, and optimizing queries. • Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation, and experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Bitbucket, GitHub). • Expertise with tools such as AWS Data Migration Services, Azure Data Factory, Matillion, Fivetran, or Spark.
