Beschreibung

• Understand customer requirements and provide consultative solutions meeting their needs • Develop and own strategies for customers within assigned territory to achieve business growth targets • Ensure order processing, architectural service, and shipment schedules are orderly and timely • Negotiate solutions and close deals by reaching agreements with mutual satisfaction • Maintain constant communication with internal and external parties during the deal progression • Prepare for several negotiation scenarios

🎯 Anforderungen

• Minimum 3 years of direct hospital sales experience • Medical Capital equipment sales experience (highly preferred) • Proven sales experience including ability to effectively prospect and pipeline, acquire new business, account manage, and effectively manage your assigned territory/funnel to meet quota/goals • Must have a hunter mindset and thrive in the business development tasks • Bachelor's in areas such as Customer Relationship Management, Sales and Business Development, Account Management in B2C environment or equivalent • Must be a team player and have excellent communication- including strategic presentations up to c-suite
