Beschreibung

• Deliver migration projects across Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments. • Support the scoping of migration projects, helping define requirements and solution approach. • Carry out discovery activities across AD DS and M365 environments. • Contribute to the design, planning and delivery of migration solutions. • Work across the full project lifecycle, from initial engagement through to delivery and handover. • Support multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, quality and customer expectations are met. • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to support successful project delivery. • Help develop and improve team processes, standards and ways of working. • Share knowledge and support other team members through mentoring and collaboration. • Maintain relevant certifications and knowledge required for delivery. • Ensure all work aligns with data protection, security and company policies.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Experience delivering Microsoft infrastructure or migration projects. • Good understanding of Active Directory environments (AD DS) and Microsoft 365. • Awareness of migration tools and approaches (Quest or similar solutions desirable). • Ability to manage multiple projects or workstreams in parallel. • Strong problem‑solving skills with attention to detail. • Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines. • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work with technical and non‑technical stakeholders. • Ability to gather and interpret customer requirements and contribute to solution design. • Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work independently when required. • Willingness to learn and develop skills in new tools and technologies. • Proven experience delivering AD DS migrations or M365 tenant‑to‑tenant migrations. • Experience working across the full project lifecycle (discovery, design, delivery and handover). • Good working knowledge of Microsoft identity services, such as Entra ID. • Experience working with Exchange, SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive environments. • Experience with Quest tools (ODM AD, ODM 365, Domain Move) or similar solutions beneficial. • Relevant Microsoft or vendor certifications desirable, but not essential.
