Beschreibung

• Shape Pigment's corporate messaging across corporate, product, and go-to-market communications • Partner with senior leadership and executives on keynote narratives and strategic storytelling for major external and internal company moments • Monitor AI, market, and competitive trends and turn them into recommendations that sharpen Pigment's narrative and strategic priorities • Own positioning and go-to-market strategy for Sales Performance Management (SPM) • Manage product launches from beta to general availability, owning launch frameworks and coordinating promotional activities • Partner with Sales and Enablement to ensure internal alignment and readiness around product messaging • Measure messaging and launch effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative signals and refine based on learnings • Contribute to Pigment's AI-powered business planning and performance management platform

🎯 Anforderungen

• 6+ years as a Product Marketing Manager in a B2B SaaS company • Proven experience owning positioning and messaging for a platform, product, or solution area • Experience shaping narrative for executives and writing content delivered on stage by senior leaders • Strong interest in and familiarity with AI-driven products or narratives, with ability to communicate them credibly • Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging senior and executive stakeholders directly • Highly structured and autonomous, comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments • Collaborative mindset and ability to influence across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Communications without formal authority • Comfort working with data and using it to support recommendations • Curiosity and eagerness to experiment with AI and new ways of working • Fluent in English
