Beschreibung

• Foster close relationships with delivery partners to support technical sales relationships and build mutually beneficial success plans • Support partner teams with enablement to drive business goals • Share knowledge and collaborate with the Field SE team • Contribute occasionally to broader opportunities and initiatives • Participate in marketing events, solution and sales training, joint solution development, and joint account sales activities • Support partner technical learning events through solution presentations, whiteboarding, and demonstrations • Identify gaps in partner enablement and create and execute plans to close them • Provide pre-sales technical guidance, product demonstrations, proofs of concept, and technical workshops • Enable partner teams to achieve customer wins during qualification, discovery, and technical proof phases • Develop demonstration assets by rapidly understanding identity problems, prototyping full-stack solutions, and implementing reusable assets • Help mature Ping Identity’s partner network to support sustained growth across Europe and developing markets

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3+ years in customer-facing professional services or pre-sales positions • Strong base of system integrator industry knowledge • Ability to develop and nurture relationships with System Integrators and Ping Identity Partner teams • Ability to rapidly innovate through development of mobile and web applications, APIs, and platform configuration • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work with a high level of self-direction and/or collaboratively with other teams • Ability to relate proposed solution technical capabilities back to customer needs • Competency with scripting languages such as JavaScript and Groovy • Competency with RESTful Web Services and web development frameworks such as Node.JS and Vue.js • Some experience and willingness to learn mobile and hybrid frameworks • Experience developing and delivering technical presentations, workshops, customized demonstrations, and proof of concepts • Experience working with IAM solutions in or with enterprise organizations • Experience installing and configuring one or more IAM technologies from Ping Identity, Forgerock, CA, Oracle, IBM, Novell/NetIQ/Microfocus, or similar • Working knowledge of IAM-related protocols and formats including OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, SCIM, LDAP, JSON, XML, and SQL • General networking concepts and technologies including TCP/IP, HTTP/S, routing, load balancers, and proxies • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure • Proficiency in speaking and writing French is required, in addition to English as a communication language • Spanish proficiency is nice to have • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
