Beschreibung

• Drive consistent execution of brand visual standards across all store locations • Ensure all stores are aligned to floor sets, outfitting tables, mannequin styling, and window presentations • Conduct regular store visits, visual audits, and walkthroughs to assess execution and identify opportunities • Partner with Store Operations to ensure visual standards are practical and executable • Support and oversee execution of seasonal floor sets, new collections, and visual refreshes

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of experience in retail visual merchandising, preferably in children’s or value-driven retail • Strong experience executing high-volume floor sets, folding standards, and promotional updates • Proven ability to coach and influence store teams in a fast-paced environment • Willingness to travel frequently across store locations
