Beschreibung

• Define and execute the insights and dashboarding roadmap • Serve as the construction industry expert on the product team • Engage directly with general contractors and project teams to understand their data workflows • Translate construction workflows and data needs into detailed product requirements • Partner with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality analytics features • Work with internal and customer data to identify patterns • Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to position analytics features • Develop product management skills and contribute deep construction domain knowledge

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of experience in the construction industry • Deep understanding of construction scheduling, Critical Path Method (CPM), and project planning methodologies • Hands-on experience working with construction project data, creating reports, dashboards, or analytics • Track record of improving workflows and implementing software tools • Comfortable working with software tools and learning new systems quickly • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proven ability to work effectively with diverse teams • Eagerness to learn product management best practices
