• Develop and execute the regional sales strategy in alignment with national goals • Identify and pursue growth opportunities in existing and new industrial accounts • Promote entire portfolio of products and solutions to customers in prioritized markets • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with top regional accounts • Serve as the escalation point for high-impact customer issues • Lead, mentor, and manage a regional sales team • Drive revenue and gross margin performance in the region • Partner with Product Management, Marketing, Customer Service, Operations, and Supply Chain • Provide market feedback to internal teams • Stay informed on industry trends and competitive positioning • Represent Plaskolite at trade shows and industry events

🎯 Anforderungen

• 4-year Undergraduate Degree • 10+ years industry experience preferred • Leadership and Commercial Skills • Communication, Negotiation, Facilitation • Technical Competence • Analytical Skills • CRM, Microsoft programs
