Beschreibung

• You'll own features end-to-end, from the first design conversation to production, on a platform thousands of businesses rely on every day. • You'll influence architecture, collaborate closely with product and design, and help keep our VoIP systems reliable as we scale. • You'll also invest in the people around you: sharing knowledge, reviewing code, and raising the team's collective ceiling.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 6+ years building and shipping production systems • A track record of owning problems end-to-end, not just executing tickets, but defining and delivering. • Experience identifying and resolving bottlenecks and performance issues within our VoIP infrastructure • Experience with VoIP platforms like FreeSwitch, Kamailio, OpenSIPS, Asterisk • A hands-on, daily relationship with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, etc.) - you've figured out how to move meaningfully faster with them. • Experience at a fast-moving startup or SaaS company. • Familiarity with distributed systems concepts: queues, event-driven architecture, horizontal scaling. • Hands-on experience with network monitoring, network diagnostics, and network analytics tools. • WebRTC experience: SDP negotiation, ICE/STUN/TURN, browser and mobile softphones • Proficient in packet capture utilities and identifying application issues at the packet level. • Experience in network, server, and application-status monitoring.
