Beschreibung

• Act as the principal implementation liaison, translating and documenting customer expectations, business processes, and goals • Lead detailed business discovery and develop recommendations for delivery approaches that drive customer outcomes and value • Translate technical requirements and execute complex system configuration setup • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor • Partner with project managers, training specialists, and other internal stakeholders to create and execute timely, high-quality implementation plans • Anticipate, identify, and communicate issues, risks, escalations, timelines, and delays • Lead, influence, advise, and support customer change management strategies, including user readiness and acceptance • Develop and maintain expertise across multiple product offerings and end-to-end solution value outcomes • Travel to customer on-site locations to lead and direct meetings and presentations when needed • Implement best practices and optimize business outcomes for Long-Term and Post-Acute Care customers • Report to the Sr Manager, Professional Services

🎯 Anforderungen

• Post-secondary education in accounting or technology preferred • Foundational understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) and enthusiasm for exploring and experimenting with AI • Passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience • Healthcare industry experience preferred • Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills • Consulting experience in software implementation, workflow analysis, recommendation development, and measuring business outcomes • Experience working on multi-resource project teams while balancing milestones and objectives efficiently and on time • Proven ability to take accountability for projects, demonstrate initiative, and deliver on commitments • Ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies and convert them into customer solution value • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and adapt priorities • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex team environment • Results-oriented with adaptability, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills • Up to 30% travel to customer sites and regional meetings
