Beschreibung

• Build the systems that power Popmenu’s go-to-market motion from the ground up • Create a single source of truth for addressable restaurants in US and UK markets • Automatically assign, enrich and score restaurant accounts by fit and intent • Build an AI-native outbound engine that converts cold restaurants into booked conversations • Develop infrastructure for domain strategy, inbox rotation, warmup and sender reputation • Improve inbound speed to lead, routing and attribution with Marketing • Automate list building, account research, call preparation, follow-up, routing and data entry for account executives • Provide reps with prioritized, signal-ranked queues • Improve onboarding, support workflows and account health scoring for CX • Orchestrate handoffs between Sales, Marketing and CX • Automate manual processes without disrupting effective existing workflows • Own the architecture connecting GTM tools and the quality of data within them • Own solutions end to end, including monitoring, error handling and guardrails for AI-generated content reaching restaurants • Evaluate the GTM stack and recommend tools to adopt, replace or retire • Set the roadmap and prioritize what gets built first • Measure repetitive hours removed, territory coverage, data accuracy, booked conversations and speed to lead • Report to the Chief Business Officer and Co-Founder and work across Sales, Marketing and CX

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years in GTM engineering, revenue operations, growth or marketing operations, including time owning a function rather than a slice of one • Self-directed; able to identify problems, prioritize them and drive solutions to completion • Strong SQL and working Python or equivalent • Ability to connect two systems with no native integration • Experience shipping AI-driven workflows that reach real customers • Ability to explain AI evaluations, guardrails and human-review steps • CRM architecture experience rather than administration • Salesforce or HubSpot experience • Experience with modern enrichment and orchestration tooling such as Clay, n8n, Make or equivalent • Commercial instinct • Track record of shipping work with teams you do not manage • Strong preference for high-velocity, low-ACV motions, cycles under 30 days and thousands of accounts per market • Strong preference for restaurant tech, hospitality SaaS or vertical SaaS • Strong preference for local business or multi-location data • Experience building without a large team, in a startup or scale-up environment preferred
