Beschreibung

• Build software used daily by property managers • Improve existing product functionality and advance the roadmap • Own new features and refine them for ease of use • Handle data integrations through email, phone calls, WhatsApp, Twilio, and Vonage • Import customer data including emails, documents, buildings, apartments, contracts, and contacts • Sync with systems customers continue to use alongside the platform • Improve the agent platform with 200+ tools and a built-in knowledge base • Support customer-built and prebuilt text and voice agents • Develop using Claude and Cursor within a TypeScript-based stack • Work across Product, Integrations, or Agents backend areas

🎯 Anforderungen

• Fluent in English • More than a year of experience shipping production code • Builder-first mindset; willing to ship first iterations quickly • Comfortable working autonomously and taking full ownership of tasks • Writes almost all code with AI • Performs well under performance pressure • Quick to learn new things and considers themselves a generalist • Solid backend and systems-design experience (nice to have) • Experience designing a database from the ground up, including tables, relationships, and indexes (nice to have) • Experience optimizing query performance and cost (nice to have) • Experience building production agents (nice to have) • Comfort with queues and long-running workflows (nice to have)
