Beschreibung

• Using a solution sales approach to sell PowerSchool professional services to K-12 schools • Product Knowledge – Expand knowledge and maintains continual understanding of designated applications and client business processes. • Acts as a subject matter expert for overall Professional Services & the Customer Journey • Managing and submitting weekly forecasts against assigned quota and leading overall services product solution team goals • Presentation Execution –Able to lead effective Professional Services sessions to varied audiences and customer roles during the sales process. • Consulting Skills -Responsible for determining client needs and making appropriate recommendations for current and future value-added services, products, etc. • Developing and executing marketing campaigns focusing on specific territory and services offerings • Communication - Liaises with clients either on-site, by phone or email. Sets project and software expectations. Responds to feedback, resolving any issues in a manner that satisfies the customer while meeting business objectives. • Being a positive member of a team environment while working independently to meet an aggressive quota • All other duties as assigned.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant and related work experience. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or equivalent years of relevant work experience. • Travel occasionally, up to 25-40%, for key moments such as team summits, training, customer meetings, company events, etc., with increased frequency during peak periods based on business demands. • Proficient in MS Office suite products (PPT/ Word/Excel) Office 365, SharePoint, and other technical collaborative environments • Previous CRM experience preferred (Salesforce a plus)
