Beschreibung

• Responsible for analysis, integration development, and configuration of the Workday platform. • Analyzing and creating detailed business/functional/technical requirements and specifications. • Configuring the Workday platform, including integrations development. • Supporting testing, deployment, maintenance, and evolution activities by correcting programming errors, responding to scope changes, and developing enhancements. • Performing day-to-day Workday production support and serving as subject matter expert for assigned HCM integrations. • Staying up to date with Workday enhancements and future product releases to support internal HR teams.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Must have a bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, or a related discipline plus five (5) years of post-baccalaureate and progressively responsible experience in a related position. • Experience must include three (3) years with each of the following: (i) Workday integrations, system configurations, and implementation; and (ii) developing and modifying reports and integrations from Workday to internal and external systems. • Must have any experience with or knowledge of the following Workday technologies: calculated fields, Custom Reports, EIB’s, Document Transformation, Workday Studio, Web Services, and PICOFs.
