Beschreibung

• Validate every data migration end to end across client onboarding engagements • Analyze source data for record counts, missing values, duplicates, orphaned contacts, and inconsistent values • Navigate the Practifi interface object by object to confirm data displays and connects according to the client's Data Mapping Document • Verify valid External Id and Batch Id values, correct ownership, relationship links, and reconciled counts • Capture screenshots of failed checks and log findings in Asana and JIRA • Route fixes to engineering and retest corrected issues • Provide metrics after each Initial Load and Final Load to the Project Manager, Consultant, or Business Analyst • Prepare the final QA sign-off report before go-live • Escalate go-live risks to the Project Manager within 24 hours • Own a standardized QA checklist and issue-tracking format for every engagement • Track recurring issues across clients and drive process improvements • Complete PractifiU onboarding and training and work with a Practibuddy mentor • Collaborate with Consultants, Business and Data Analysts, Data Engineers, and Project Managers • Support delivery activities when QA volume is lighter • Report to the PMO Team Lead within the Data Services team

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3 to 5 years of experience in data quality, data migration, data validation, or quality assurance, ideally in a CRM or software environment • Hands-on experience reconciling data, including comparing record counts, running field-by-field checks, and finding duplicate and orphaned records • Comfort working inside Salesforce or a comparable CRM, navigating objects, records, and related lists • Working understanding of relational data, including IDs, lookups, and records that link other records • Experience logging and tracking issues in JIRA, Asana, or a similar tool • Clear written communication, including findings a non-technical stakeholder can act on • Experience with Salesforce Inspector, Salesforce Developer Console, Data Loader, or SOQL queries is a nice-to-have • Background in wealth management, financial services, or another regulated industry is a nice-to-have • Experience supporting client onboarding or software implementation projects is a nice-to-have • Strong spreadsheet skills, including lookups, pivot tables, and conditional formatting, are a nice-to-have • Ability to work fully remotely within the US • Must be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship • Salesforce certification is not required to apply
