Beschreibung

• overseeing multiple projects comprised of cross functional staff • serving as the project manager and primary client contact on the project • responsible for ensuring overall quality • developing recommendations based on expected impact • communicating risks and opportunities to ensure staff alignment • assuming the role of final decision maker able to overturn decisions and take accountability for outcomes • accountable for timely delivery and financial performance across projects • reviewing and sign off on deliverables as client ready including protocols, statistical analysis plans, technical reports, and slides • identifying necessary deviations from templates to ensure content aligns with objectives • providing final sign-off on update slides/minutes and actions for overall study • owning relationships with clients and being viewed as subject matter expert • acting as advisor on client calls and in responses to emails • proactively managing client expectations and working with team members to implement strategies to problem solve on a client or project-basis • participating in sales calls, leading study conceptualization, and drafting proposals for clients • line management responsibilities which include ensuring appropriate staffing and creating development plans for direct reports

🎯 Anforderungen

• 8-10 years of experience, at least four in a consulting environment • Master’s degree in a subject related to health services research e.g., health economics, public policy, health policy, epidemiology, biostatistics, or public health • Ability to work effectively individually and as part of a diverse team • Awareness and understanding of financial performance on projects • Ability to line-manage and mentor direct reports and ensure positive staff wellbeing/team dynamic
