Beschreibung

• Draft and revise scientific content, including slide decks, manuscripts, training materials, and other deliverables • Interpret clinical and preclinical data and translate findings into clear, accurate written content and visual representations • Learn and apply AMA style and client-specific guidelines • Conduct literature searches and organize references • Participate in internal and client meetings and capture notes and action items • Incorporate feedback from internal and external reviewers • Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders • Maintain an 85% billable utilization goal with the manager • Follow team standards, SOPs, processes, and required software tools • Track tasks, timelines, file handoffs, and time using appropriate tools • Build efficiency and deliver work within budgeted hours • Prepare materials for regulatory and editorial review • Collaborate with managers and Scientific Directors on skill refinement • Prepare for time off and ensure appropriate delegation as responsibilities increase

🎯 Anforderungen

• Doctoral-level degree in life sciences (PhD, PharmD, MD, or equivalent) • Strong interest in medical writing and scientific communication • Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong time-management skills and ability to balance work on multiple projects • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, OneNote, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat • Familiarity with or willingness to learn AMA style and reference tools such as EndNote • Prior medical writing experience is beneficial but not required
