Beschreibung

• Act as the designated lead writer on projects, delivering evidence-based, fully referenced content within agreed timelines • Manage personal and team workloads, plan project deliverables, and ensure smooth execution across multiple concurrent workstreams • Develop JCA and HTA submissions, global value dossiers, AMCP dossiers, value proposition slide decks, and objection handlers • Lead business development activities independently and generate leads against a £350,000 annual target • Contribute to company-wide working groups, training programmes, and social activities • Support proposal writing, introductory client calls, and pitches • Ensure client deliverables meet high quality standards through writing, editing, and quality control • Shape the strategic direction of writing deliverables to align with client objectives • Conduct desk research, literature reviews, data validation, and reference management using client approval systems • Collaborate with multidisciplinary internal teams, clients, external experts, key opinion leaders, and partner agencies • Lead project workstream activities including intellectual design, timeline development, meeting leadership, and communication • Support recruitment and team growth • Mentor and guide junior and mid-level writers • Establish quality standards and training materials for new starters with Directors

🎯 Anforderungen

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant industry experience, or an equivalent combination of advanced education and experience • A life sciences degree (or equivalent) • Demonstrable experience developing market access materials, including JCA submissions, HTA submissions, GVDs, value propositions, and related deliverables • Experience managing and/or mentoring writers • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and bibliographic software such as EndNote • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to assimilate complex information quickly and accurately • Strong organisational skills and autonomy • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment • High attention to detail, integrity, and commitment to confidentiality • Proactive, positive, solutions-oriented approach • Master's degree preferred • PhD in a life sciences discipline desirable • Experience contributing to business development activities
