Beschreibung

• Serve as a trusted partner to the Evidence Solutions business to lead all contract operations and see it through to project coordination • Drafting and supporting the revision process on all client, vendor, and subcontractor contracts and amendments using templates • Utilizing Precision’s legal platform to track and advance all documents through the contracting process • Supporting the tracking of key terms and conditions within client MSA documents, alongside legal • Tracking down purchase orders with clients as needed • Archiving all supporting documents inclusive of signed SOWs, purchase orders, and invoices in an organized manner for the business • Assisting the Project Manager by ensuring timely data capture and accuracy in project setup • Serving as the primary point of contact between the finance and project teams to initiate client invoicing • Leading client portal setup and updates • Additional ad hoc support as needed

🎯 Anforderungen

• 1-2 years supporting project administration operations and experience working with Statements of Work and Master Service Agreements • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office • Strong attention to details • Exceptional follow up skills • Familiarity with HEOR and/or Market Access and Pricing Strategy as it relates to healthcare consulting a plus • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a technical, business, or operational field
