Beschreibung

• Design and deliver user-facing features using React and TypeScript, owning the journey from UX shaping through implementation, launch, and A/B validation • Develop backend features using Python/Django • Improve the codebase and workflows by applying practical best practices across frontend, backend, and mobile • Collaborate with Design, Product, and Data to ideate, test, and validate user-facing experiences • Dive into metrics, formulate hypotheses, analyze experiment results, and iterate based on impact • Balance fast delivery with long-term stability while shipping impactful features without unnecessary complexity • Maintain a high bar for code quality and teamwork • Help teammates grow through collaboration, feedback, and engineering practices

🎯 Anforderungen

• Deep, hands-on expertise in Agentic AI • Ability to redesign software development across the full SDLC using AI • Ability to build reusable AI assets and delegate reasoning-heavy work while retaining judgment over architecture, business logic, and security • Ability to establish AI quality gates and propose AI-based engineering workflows • Primarily frontend-focused full-stack expertise, with approximately 70% frontend and 30% backend work • Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS • Expertise or exposure to Python, Java, Node.js, Ruby, Ruby on Rails, PHP, or Golang • Familiarity with key architectural concepts and building reliable, efficient services at scale • Ability to solve codebase and product challenges independently • Effective communication in English at B2 level or higher • Ownership of work quality and outcomes • Ability to make thoughtful technical decisions, improve engineering practices, and support teammates through knowledge sharing and constructive feedback
