Beschreibung

• Lead and mentor teams of Associate, Staff, and Senior Solution Architects to deliver world-class solutions. • Provide strategic guidance on ServiceNow and other platforms, driving customer success by aligning with their business goals. • Design integrations between ServiceNow and third-party applications, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency. • Actively mentor Associate and Staff Solution Architects, providing guidance and support as needed.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Proven experience in leading architectural design and development for large-scale projects, ideally in a ServiceNow environment. • Experience in designing integrations between ServiceNow and other third-party applications. • Track record of successfully guiding customers through complex technical questions and product adoption. • At least two Certified Implementation Specialist certifications from SNow Learning or equivalent. • Strong understanding of industry best practices and methodologies.
