Beschreibung

• Lead-level backend ownership • Make architecture decisions independently, focusing on scalability, maintainability, and reliability • Design and own backend services in NestJS and TypeScript, from schema to production • Build and maintain GraphQL APIs across a microservices environment • Own database design, optimization, and reliability in Postgres • Define technical direction, not just implementation details • Set and enforce quality standards across both AI-generated and manually written code • Translate ambiguous product needs into clear technical solutions • Contribute to system design, infrastructure decisions, testing strategy, and developer productivity • Operate in an AI-first workflow without compromising engineering standards

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3+ years of experience in Development • Experience in Node.Js • At least 3 years of work experience with Typescript • At least 3 years of work experience with databases • At least 3 years of experience in NestJs • At least 3 years of experience in GraphQL • At least 3 years of experience in Postgres • Strong with AI tools in software engineering workflows • Ability to use AI to speed up implementation, debugging, documentation, and problem-solving • English conversational skills from 1 to 10
