Beschreibung

• Drive technical project development for assigned pursuits from initial intake through bid submission and award • Coordinate internal estimating, engineering, procurement, and scheduling teams • Establish timelines and drive alignment and accountability across estimating, engineering, procurement, and construction • Review RFPs, technical requirements, drawings, and specifications • Identify scope gaps, technical risks, commercial exposure, and execution constraints • Develop and review assumptions, clarifications, and exclusions • Facilitate constructability and value engineering discussions • Validate engineering, procurement, and construction logic for project schedules • Develop project execution plans • Develop LNTP scopes, early work packages, and cancellation schedules • Maintain alignment between bid, LNTP, and execution schedules • Support procurement planning for critical and long-lead equipment • Assist with vendor scope clarification and proposal evaluation • Review vendor proposals for technical compliance, scope alignment, and risk • Develop mitigation strategies for lead times, escalation, and availability • Lead LNTP handoff meetings and support early execution planning • Document and communicate project development decisions, commitments, and risk positions • Capture lessons learned and incorporate them into future pursuits • Support development and refinement of PPS SOPs, templates, and tools • Promote consistency, quality, and accountability across project development deliverables

🎯 Anforderungen

• 2-5 years of experience in power delivery engineering or project development • 10 years of experience with high-voltage substations, switchyards, or transmission line projects • Strong understanding of EPC and design-build delivery models • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to translate design and scope into executable plans • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field • Preferred: Professional engineering license or equivalent technical credential • Preferred: Experience supporting LNTP strategies and early procurement planning • Preferred: Familiarity with utility-scale renewable interconnections and grid infrastructure • Preferred: Experience working with integrated pursuit schedules using Primavera P6 • Preferred: Demonstrated success supporting complex, multi-disciplinary pursuits
