Beschreibung

• Implementing new functionalities and maintaining existing code with a focus on 70% new feature development and 30% maintenance. • Design and develop applications as well as take care of the code quality and contribute to the overall architecture. • Follow the best development practices and recommend optimal solutions. • Participate in routine events like: daily, refinement, planning, review, retrospective.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Backend Expertise — Proficiency in PHP, with a focus on Laravel/Symfony frameworks. • Testing & Database Skills — Solid experience in unit testing alongside familiarity with relational databases, particularly MySQL (MariaDB). • NoSQL & Architecture — Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB and Redis, coupled with practical knowledge of CQRS (Command Query Responsibility Segregation) and Event Sourcing. • DevOps & Ecosystems — Exposure to containerization technologies such as Docker, orchestration with Kubernetes, message broker RabbitMQ, and experience with CI/CD pipelines, particularly using GitLab. • API & Version Control — Strong understanding of RESTful API principles and proficiency in version control using GIT. • AI-First Mindset — Experience with AI-powered coding tools – preferably Claude Code, though Cursor is also acceptable. • Architecture Knowledge — Strong knowledge of microservices architecture. • Soft Skills & Languages — A collaborative team player with excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills, with a communicative level of Polish and English.
