Beschreibung

• Architect and evolve the security and compliance foundation of the Concentriq platform • Manage and evolve vulnerability management— tool, reporting, and remediation governance • Serve as a consultative security leader for Engineering, Product, and Customer teams • Implement AI native tooling to improve detection and response capabilities • Partner with Engineering to implement developer-friendly security tools • Oversee incident response preparation, processes, and execution • Improve the Proscia Information Security Program, focusing on governance, risk, and compliance across the Concentriq suite of applications • Contribute to security policy development across regulated and non-regulated markets • Influence and execute on the company’s regulatory roadmap • Enable other teams to answer security-related questions from customers, prospects, and partners • Anticipate and adapt to industry and regulatory trends • Help shape internal security standards and documentation for both humans and AI-augmented workflows.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of experience in information security • Proven expertise in regulatory frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA, FedRAMP, TX-RAMP, StateRAMP or similar • Hands-on experience with vulnerability management tools, incident response, and security audits • Experience embedding security into software development lifecycles—DevSecOps principles applied in practice • Experience selecting, implementing, and managing security tooling (e.g., XDR, SIEM, endpoint, code scanning, etc.) • Exceptional communication and influencing skills across technical and non-technical teams • Experience with cloud-native environments (AWS preferred) • Familiarity with prompt engineering, tool use patterns, and evaluation of AI systems.
