Beschreibung

• Provide services and support as a Project Facilitation (PF) Services (Project Facilitator (PF)) in the Energy, Resources, And Industrials Industry Sector • Conduct site assessments to evaluate feasibility, scope, and economics of energy-related projects • Provide guidance on funding approaches and technical advice based on proposal analysis • Support the ESPC Task Order process including development, award, and administration

🎯 Anforderungen

• Minimum of 5 years of engineering, project management, or contracting experience • Recommended: 10 years of relevant experience • Minimum Required: Engineering or other technical degree from a four-year college or university • Recommended (Not Required, but may receive higher scoring): PE, CEM, or CMVP Certification • Experience in federal acquisitions related to third-party financing • Knowledge of ESPC regulations, statutes, and FAR clauses • Ability to perform cost/price analysis and determine price reasonableness • Strong understanding of ESPC contracting and project facilitation • Proven track record in acquisition planning, developing solicitations, evaluating proposals, and administering contracts • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, & Adobe)
