Beschreibung

• Administer, maintain, and support Epic security, user, and provider records • Ensure caregivers have appropriate access while maintaining organizational, privacy, and regulatory compliance • Manage role-based security provisioning, user and provider onboarding, data imports, record maintenance, and access governance across Epic environments • Support Epic deployment, implementation, acquisition, and optimization projects • Partner with clinical, operational, application, and project teams on testing, go-live readiness, and ongoing operations • Collaborate with Identity and Access Management, the Service Desk, and other stakeholders to troubleshoot access issues • Improve processes, enhance automation and efficiency, maintain data integrity, and deliver a high-quality customer experience • Build working relationships with internal and external contacts, vendors, and stakeholders • Collaborate on cross-departmental projects and incorporate Providence’s mission and core values into daily work

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services or equivalent combination of education and experience • Epic accreditation or certification, kept up to date within 90 days of hire • 4 years of industry-related experience • Certifications in software applications, technology infrastructure, or clinical specializations upon hire (preferred) • 3 years of Healthcare IS experience (preferred) • Epic experience (preferred) • Experience supporting Epic security, access management, provider records, or related healthcare information systems (preferred) • Experience managing large volumes of data with a high degree of accuracy (preferred) • Knowledge of user provisioning, role-based security concepts, and access governance principles (preferred) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (preferred) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (preferred)
